By accessing and using Dropcode’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Description of Service

Dropcode provides Discord community consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Community strategy development
  • Discord server setup and optimization
  • Community growth and engagement strategies
  • Training and ongoing support

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
  • Complying with Discord’s Terms of Service
  • Using services in accordance with applicable laws

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Services may be suspended for non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Dropcode remain the property of Dropcode. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered materials for their intended business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dropcode’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual agreements. Dropcode reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of terms.
